Open Question: Problems pairing a samsung phone with a Honda CRV?

I have just bought a Honda CRV and have been trying to pair my samsung with it. In the book it says it is compatible but I must be doing something wrong. I have managed to pair it but when I switch on the engine, the phone asks if I want to connect. In my last car the phone used to just connect without asking. Any ideas please?

so I was renewing my registration for my car and also was changing ownership from my dads to me he forgot to sign at a certain line and I made a mistake of signing the wrong spot so, the dmv had me fill out a form stating that it was signed in mistake and that the fees were paid I mailed it to the provided address and have not received the title or dish stickers yet what's the best thing to do? this was done on February 16th it says I'm expected to receive the title 60 days after the process is done but I'm just worried about my plates

Open Question: will space saver wheel from Toyota Verso fit VW Touran?

Touran (98 model) comes with no spare wheel what-so-ever. Slightly concerned about the idea of cruising the countries motorways without any spare, given that I have changed about 3 tyres at the roadside in the past 7 or 8 years, but I do have a space saver tyre in my garage that would be ideal just to stand in the boot in case of emergency. It has 5 lugs (nuts) the Corolla Verso and the Touran both take the same tyre size (for their standard tyres) so I can assume weight loading and the like will be the same for the emergency tyre, but I can't find any online details regarding the hub bore, the nut circumference, inset or any of those details which I guess are key to knowing if the new rim will fit on the car. Is there any such thing as a 'standard' and if so, do Toyota and VW subscribe to it ??

Open Question: 2008 Ford Focus Problems?

I bought a 2008 Ford Focus from Hilcrest Ford in Huntsville Texas. My mom, sister, and I have bought a total of 4 vehicles from this dealership not including every the service that my mom gets on her companies ambulances there. I have seen where people have the most complaints on rear suspension and odd tire wear. I took my car in to receive serviced and they told me i needed every 4 new tires and that my aligment was off...ok i receive cars need to alined...trust me i have been there done that with service departments I had a Benz C320 and wanted to keep some bucks and went with this fun little ride. But explain this to me is it normal to have bought 2 sets of tires not including the new tires that were on the vehicle when i bought it, and then this set that has been on it less than 3 months be worn out?? and they were put on by the same man that told me i have problems with suspension alignment and tire wear????? SHOULDNT THEY HAVE CAUGHT THIS!!! THAT IS WHY I'M PAYING DEALER PRICES SO I DONT receive F***ED OVER?? Someone please tell me that they are having some issues too because this is not normal...i only have 44,000 miles...i mean literally 3 sets of tires???? I'm not dumb i receive cars...something is way off right?? I have Pirelli P6 every Weather tires on this.....about 120 a pop I have really really good tires on this and i have had people tell that this could be the only thing saving my life...and these are people that are working on cars for Benz, land rover, i mean arrive on...im not out for the dealership i just want to feel safe and cease spending my difficult hard difficult earn bucks...

Open Question: should i believe my boyfriend's changed in four days?

we've been together for almost two years, of course the beginning was great. but now, the past few months have been nothing but arguing. over stupid things mostly. sometimes they start with something i'll say or he says, and the argument escalates on for the whole day. we never go out anymore because our car is broken. and we'll have friends over, but he doesn't like my friends. when he decides to drink it can go two ways: silly drunk or extremely mean drunk. either way he doesn't remember the next day, but i do because i'm always sober. i've moved back into my mom's home. before this him and i were looking for apartments. but i had second thoughts and decided to move out of his home to my mom's. now he's begging me to arrive back. says he's changed, that he sees he took me for granted and will make up for what he did. he's said this a few times before. but for once he seems serious. at my mom's she's offered to help me with paying for collage and drivers ed (i never learned). i also just got a new job, to help pay for school and other things. my friends say i need to stay with my mom for my future, so does my mom, and my mind. my heart is so hurt by every this, i wish it wasn't my decision to make. i honestly need some help. maybe you've been in this or a situation like this? or can arrive up with a solution? i'm sorry this was such a long thing.

This is my abandoned start for a novel. I have a better one now but what do you think of this tiny piece of writing? Chapter 1: The Camp The stench of death hung about the camp at every times of the day, but Jan’s nose stung with another odor. The odor was familiar, different from the usual odour of rotting corpses, but just as horrible. He didn’t have to look the smoke to tell that the bodies of the gassed prisoners were being burned again. Jan couldn’t imagine working in Camp II, where the worker Jews, or Sonderkommandos dragged bodies, some of not so recently deceased prisoners to the pits to be burned. He imagined the odor there would be ten times as bad as it was here at the railway station. Luckily, Jan was a part of the “blue squad” who unloaded the train cars, carried luggage and cleaned them before the train departed again. The train had just recently arrived and Jan began to herd the frightened looking arrivals onto the platform where the SS officers began to sort them. When the last of the newly arrived prisoners had been ushered out of the train cars, Jan and the other blue squad workers began to board and collect every luggage left behind. As he peered in through the doors, in the half light he thought he saw someone standing at the back of one car. He blinked it away as a shadow for a moment, but when he entered to collect someone’s left-behind baggage he yelped in shock. What he thought had been a shadow was a man, hanging from his possess belt. Other workers outside the car must have heard Jan and they came in. They stood stunned for a moment in the doorway but quickly came to help Jan lower the body and carry it out to the platform. The crowded platform was noisy. Hundreds of men, women and kids stood murmuring, shuffling, pushing each other. Jan and the other prisoner who was helping carry the man had to push through the crowd. Jan looked down at the body; he was carrying the man by the arms and so could look his face. He must have been around fifty. His beard was shaggy, roughly shorn, black flecked with white. His face was drawn and his eyes bulged, most likely from where he had hanged himself.

Open Question: can severe anxiety/panic attacks be cured without medication?

i'm constantly anxious as every hell, developed something like agoraphobia (I only go out after taking xanax or getting drunk), really if you go down the list of anxiety symptoms I have them every constantly. the worst is walking around with this horrible fog in my brain. I can't think clearly, I receive super emotional, anger problems, very agitated, etc. I've tried 6 different antidepressants now and they've every just been terrible poison. the ones I've taken in the past I don't really know how they work for anxiety because this has every only developed (at least to this extreme level) within the past year. I barely leave my home once a week, and that's only for therapy. I used to be on the go constantly with my ex-girlfriend, partying every weekend, etc, with no problems at every. and then first it started to happen when I'd go to the mall, I'd receive a panic attack EVERY time. so I avoided the mall. then it would happen in my ex's car, so I avoided her car most of the time. before long I wasn't able to steer myself, go to any stores, go out drinking, and then eventually I wasn't even safe from it in my possess home. I ended up in a short-term mental hospital for a few days back in december, and they forced me to take celexa which didn't help the anxiety and just made me feel completely apathetic to everything. I had gone from crying every day everyday about my breakup to not caring about anything. so I never got the script filled after I was discharged. I've been going to therapy for a couple of months now (hasn't helped at every, I think I need to find a psychologist instead of just seeing a social worker), and they had me try effexor XR, and within two days it made me suicidal. went back to look the doc today and he said he didn't feel comfortable putting me on antidepressants anymore if they had that effect on me, and tried to push bipolar meds. I told him no way, and he just told me to keep taking my xanax and look if the CBT works. in other words he basically did nothing to help me. anyway, I'm hoping that the anxiety is every just in my head and that if I can learn to think differently and just not care about it, that it won't bother me anymore, but the problem is it always seems to be physical symptoms and then they trigger panic attacks because I start to freak out about the way i'm breathing, or how my heart is racing, or the faint feeling in my head, and i'm constantly worrying and have racing thoughts. like I said before, I'm walking around with my head in a cloud, and it's awful. if you asked me how I started everything I've just written, I wouldn't be able to tell you the first sentence without going back up and looking at it. anyway, because it was only $8 and I don't know what else to do, I went and filled the generic celexa script today, but haven't started taking it yet and don't know if I'm going to. even if it could possibly help, I'd like to think I could be a stronger person than someone who has to take antidepressants for the relax of my life because I can't cope with, basically, feeling nervous. so I don't really know what to do. but I'm sleepy of being confined to my home, miserable, jobless, never going out on weekends anymore, and certainly being miserable over my ex-girlfriend instead of at least trying to meet new girls. anyone have any success without medication? I know people are gonna say things like breathing exercises and meditation, but they just don't work for me. breathing exercises freak me out, and I can't calm myself down enough or cease thinking about every the nonsense that goes through my head long enough to meditate. right now I usually take 0.5mg xanax twice a day, and if I have to go out and steer sometimes it ends up being 1.25mg or 1.5mg by the end of the day (which isn't good cause my script will run out sooner). other than that, I just take B-vitamins and fish oil, they don't seem to make any difference. I also work out on my home gym every other day, and have been trying to use an elliptical on the off days but i'm so out of shape that I don't quite have every that in me yet, i'm easing myself in. also, I've found that when I receive drunk (but only when it's on occasion) I don't feel anxious at every (and then when it starts to wear off, or the next morning, I feel about 100x more anxious along with the hangover). I guess that's every there is to say, so please help! anyone have success with CBT for SEVERE anxiety? i'm talking constant feeling of anxiety in general with every the physical symptoms and the b rain fog and then anticipatory panic attacks, along with invariable panic attacks associated with specific events (driving, shopping, etc).

Someone told me that, if you steer follow the car in the appropriate distance, the police will only catch the car in the front who is exceed the speed limit. It seems to me that, most cars on the road in US exceed the speed limit.

Open Question: Edited because someone can't read (story inside)?

I was backing up and hit the accelerator instead of the brake. Next thing I know it the campus security comes over to me and asks me if I am Siouxsie and I said "umm..yeah?" and they said that they had two witnesses that I had hit a car. I can't disagree because I did. This campus officer kept playing with a previous fender bender (the previous owner was old and always hit the bumper. I still bought it that way) and he kept asking me if these were the spots. They were old...if they wanna receive every CSI they can find that factoid out for themselves that I was right. Anyways, I got the girls info and we exchanged. I called my insurance and every that is taken care of. My problem is: Why did they assume they could bring cops into the situation? It was on private property? I owned up to it and gave up every my info like I should've (I am saying this again because someone on here can't read). Then campus security proceeded to not work with me when I asked about another car involved. Could they have really involved the Police? I said there were two witnesses and I filed a claim. Why would they bring in the cops? I was told by someone who works as security that if it's private property they handle it.....not the police then why did they threaten me with the cops then?

Open Question: Im not satisfied with my life or who i am. Help?

Im not an emo kid or anything i dont hurt myself in any way, im just a normal kid wearing todays style. Sometimes i receive the feeling like i dont want to live anymore or that this world just isnt worth living in. Sometimes i just receive so mad or upset at something that i just feel like killing them or killing myself. In my head sick always think of ways to kill that person and i dont even realize it until its over. I feel like im a pussy or something, because everytime i finally retaliate to something that angers me it every turns into a blur. I dont want to say i black out but like when its over i cant remember how it happened. Its so weird i dont understand it and i cant explain it. I feel every my anger bottling up inside and someday i know its every gonna explode. When i try to take my anger out on something i usually punch a hole in my wall or hit myself. Even when i just hold it in, i feel depressed and mad and just feel like dying. Sometimes i just feel like going in the road and killing a random person, but thats a horrible thing to do and i know this. Theres times i receive so mad that red dots appear every over my face or sick punch my self in the face or head. I'm 15 and Ive never had a real girlfriend. I feel like im not good enough, i cant seem to find something good about myself. I feel like nobody understands me. Theres times when sick be walking and i just feel like killing myself. I feel like it would just be so much easier if i was dead, every the pain, anger, and frustration would just go away, but if i did this i know i would go to hell. At times i feel like my very soul is trapped. I question my possess religion sometimes, i know this is so wrong but i cant help but think about it. One particular experience is that i was walking at the mall by myself buying some clothes, when i looked over the railing and i thought to myself "i should jump off right now and just die, it would be so much easier to be dead". I just cant bring myself to do it. I feel like such a pussy and a little bitch for feeling like this. Then when my mom picked me up i started crying in the car and she asked me what was wrong and i just couldn't bring my self to tell her the truth. This has been going on for several years now, like ever since 6th grade and im currently in 9th. Whats wrong with me, how can i help these urges?

Open Question: Blower quit working in my car, but comes on randomly. Could it be the heater control?

My blower quit working in my car a few years back. I took it to the dealership, paid 200 something to have it repaired, and it quit again as SOON as I moved several states away. Since I couldn't find my receipt, I wasn't able to take it in to receive it fixed again. For awhile after it quit, it would arrive on randomly if the knob was in the on position, but then go off by itself again. It's since quit doing even that. The heater AND air conditioner works fine if you're driving quick enough to receive air to go through the vents, but it won't blow air at every. We've since moved to Texas, and since I'm having a baby next month, we HAVE to receive it fixed. But can't really spare the $200 something to receive it fixed as we did the first time. My husband noticed that the knob that controls how much air comes out, if any at every is pushed in, although the two on the right aren't. I'm pretty sure that it's NOT supposed to be pushed in like that. About 8 years ago GM had introduced the electric car - required no oil, gas, maintenance other than checking the tire pressure of the car for the life of the car. The oil company lobbies forced the gov to recall every single electric car, they were destroyed in landfills despite protest from the owners who were threatened to go to jail if they resisted their car being towed away and destroyed. The efficient battery was pattented and below lock and key so the technology was literally burried. In January 2010 Toyota announced they had invented their possess electric car, even more efficient than the one introduced by GM, and it wouldn't cost a fortune like GM's, they were planning on announcing the price later this year but said it would be below 30K. A few weeks later the gov started recalling Toyota cars and ruining their reputation and sales. Every car has things that malfunction. 1 in a million of Toyota cars has speed accelerator probs, much lower than Gm and other brands problems. Witch hunt? hmmmm Also the incident on the freeway looked fake. How could it suddenly cease when a police car pulled in front of the driver? How did it go 94 mph on the freeway for half an hour without crashing into anybody? And more non-prius models have the problem but they only publicize the prius so you associate a high tech car with the issue when the accelerator is the same in every Toyotas.

Open Question: Car bargaining tips please!!?

Hi everybody, it's my first time buying a new car and I'm in need of some bargaining tips. My main question is, does it help my case when I tell a dealer that I've visited multiple dealerships already and give him the prices other dealerships are offering me? To me, this may motivate the dealer to further compete with that price, but I have no experience at every so I am not sure. Since I'm buying a new model, the availability is high and I don't mind traveling a bit further if it means getting the best deal. I've already done some research on Edmunds and KBB so I know the price range. Please help me out and any other bargaining tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

Open Question: Does anybody else hate all this technology?

Open Question: Should I or should I not break up with my girlfriend?

So, about a week and a half ago I found out that my girlfriend had been lying to me about taking birth control. When I found out I went ballistic on her and walked out. I sat in my car for about half an hour (her thinking I had driven off) and then had arrive back. We talked and she told me that even though she had lied about everything and in the end it was essentially her fault, she would do everything in her power to make me pay the maximum child support and then she would move away so I couldn't look my kid, also she told me that she couldn't tell me the truth because she was embarrassed that she couldn't afford the bill for birth control (even though I told her prior that I'd pay for it regardless of the price). So, I've arrive down to the conclusion that she is either just plain stupid for not telling me, or she was trying to trick me into getting her pregnant (seeing as how Im in the military and she could take advantage of every my benefits). She loves me so she says, but I'm starting to question what her version of adore it. Should I break up with her now that I found out today she's for sure not pregnant? Or should I not break up with her out of adore?

Open Question: Should I trade or sell my 00 Mustang? I'm looking at a 05 Lincoln LS?

My mustang has about 80k miles on it. I bought it used a while back. It's a car with power locks/mirrors/windows/seats with ABS & it's an 8cylinder. It was good when I first started driving along with only had one car seat in the back but I might be getting ready for baby number 2 so I need something bigger & more family oriented. With or without the second edition I want the Lincoln cause I think it's more of an adult car(no offense) and it'd fit my style alot better. Along with give us more leg room & help me keep some gas money(Lincoln will be a 6 cyl). Should I trade my Mustang or sell it myself & use that as the down payment for my Lincoln?

Open Question: I hate my life. I don't know what to do.?

I move a lot. Like more than once a year and not just down the block. But like to other states, countries, islands. etc. My friends always end up hating me. I more than like a guy whose a jerk and doesn't wanna have anything to with me anymore. My best pal started drinking and doing drugs. My other best pal is stealing every the people who were once close to me. My mom always yells at me and sees only the fault in what I do when my sister would be sitting next to me doing the same thing. A guy I used to date took sexual advantage of me when I went to him for advise. I've had more than stalker in my life. One was like demonic. One was seriously crazy. And two were brothers who were suspected of killing there dad, and they beat their girlfriends and took girls in their cars who sometimes disappeared. They were wealthy so they got away with everything. They were pissed cuz me and my younger sister didnt go home with them. As if were whores or something. Plus they were drunk. They found out where we lived and turned out they lived around the corner from us. I have nightmares everynight. I'm scared of the dark on top of that. I have nervous breakdowns every few months. Im only 17. But I guess I shouldn't be complaining, others have it worse. I'm just venting. I think I should look a psychiatrist.

Open Question: Would average car paint fade easily?

Alright, so the thing is that I need a full car paint. I dont want the cheapest one cuz I already know they gonna start fading easily. Open Question: my boyfriend put motor oil in the transmission and started the car what should i do?

someone told me not to even steer it to the car place but would it be ok to steer it a few miles? its a 95 mercury cougar automatic he put about 3 quarts in it and it was leaking tranny fluid. it had like no tranny fluid in it
